3D building scanning is a process that uses LIDAR technology (Light Detection and Ranging) to capture the spatial data of a building. This data can be converted to CAD drawings and/or BIM models which can be used for as a base of your proposed design. 

As-builts are drawn-to-scale blueprints that showcase the layout, measurements and details of how your building is actually constructed. As-builts are the base of any addition or remodeling and may be used to re-build your building like for like in the event of total loss. 

Yes, we will typically need some kind of document such as a photograph or plan to assess the scope of work. then we can schedule a phone call or a Zoom meeting at no charge.
